Nice art and scenes update but I think in the first part (anamnesis) you could use more gameplay between the context, I mean, I could be a bit bored.
Oh, and I think the fact of having no cure items make it harder, I don't know if it's your idea but I make the game more interesting in that way.
Edit: why did you erase the drunk man? It was a good scene and context for corruption bonus
Edit 2: Maybe using the corruption points Riley may have different reactions, it could be interesting to see

Do you take into account the setting of NTR as a consequence of specific choices made during the game? For example, saving the girl by Noah, which increases his affection and lover her loyality towards Theo. I’m referring to the connection between Riley's cheating on Theo and her relationship with Noah. Personally, I’m not a fan of NTR being obligatory. I also understand Noah's personality as someone trying to corrupt Riley, but it would be a nice touch if her responses to his advances were influenced by her affection for him, so it wouldn't be the only path
